My truly amazing friend (bloody genius) Karl Lattimer dropped me a call one day telling me he had designed a new peripheral and wanted me to help out with the assembly of the first batch. I jumped at the opportunity even before I knew what it was (which is very like me) and I said I’d help out.
Turns out he’d created a cooling system, IR reciever and an internal clock for the Rasberry Pi. I didn’t know much of the Pi at this point and so I was generally intrigued into what I, myself could do with one. The plot thickens!
“There’s 40 Raspberry Pi’s, hundreds of components and hotpi boards getting delivered next month.”
They arrived! I met up with Karl! We started assembling these things!
